Adding Additional Users

Audiohook allows users to create, add, and remove users from each advertiser account.

  1. Navigate to the Team page within your advertiser account.
  1. Click Invite New Team Member to add a user to your team.
  1. Choose the appropriate access level for the new user:
      • Admin – Full access to manage campaigns, reporting, and account settings.
      • Reporting Only – Access limited to reporting and analytics.
      • Viewer Only – Can view campaigns and reporting but cannot make changes.
      • Dashboard Only – Access limited to dashboard overview features.
  1. To remove a user, click the trash icon next to their name.

Important Notes:

  • Users are not shared between advertiser accounts. If you have access to multiple accounts and want to add a teammate to more than one, you must invite them separately to each account.
  • Agencies: For instructions on adding users at the agency level, please refer to our Agency Documentation for the correct workflow.
