This article shows how to navigate your agency account tabs to view dashboard, clients list and reporting
Navigation and Dashboard Overview
- Navigate between different areas with the menu on the left side. Further options are found by clicking on your agency name and logo at the top where you can logout, refresh your client list, and add new clients.
- When you first login, your account will load the Dashboard which provides a top-level summary of impressions, spend, conversions, reach, and attributed revenue for all managed accounts.
- Apply a date range filter for dynamic performance views.
Clients List
- View all associated advertiser accounts.
- Click on a brand to access its advertiser-level interface. A new tab will open for the app.audiohook.com site, so you can remain on your agency account while managing brand campaigns.
- Default sorting is by number of active campaigns, but columns can be sorted manually by clicking on column headers.
Reporting
- Currently includes Classic Reporting only. Beta reporting available on advertiser accounts.
- Pull data for all associated advertisers at once
- Schedule emailed reports for stakeholders
